2. Do you accept insurance?

You can schedule appointments through our online booking system at any time. Patients located in Connecticut Massachusetts and New York can easily access virtual visits. Many begin with a complimentary consultation or an initial telehealth visit to review health concerns and wellness goals. You can also call or text 203 516 7160 if you prefer to schedule by phone.
4. What should I expect at my first visit?
Your provider conducts a focused assessment, reviews your medical history and lifestyle, and discusses your health goals. Together, we create a plan tailored to your needs.
Your Healthcare Partner will take a full health history and explore lifestyle influences, nutrition habits, and current symptoms. You will have time to discuss what you are experiencing and what you hope to achieve. Together we design a personalized care plan that supports healing for your mind and body. We want you to feel valued and heard from the moment you begin care with us.
5. Do I need a prescription for treatment?
Not always. Connecticut Health and Wellness encourages the use of the most effective and least invasive treatment options that align with your needs. Our plans often include individualized nutrition strategies, lifestyle guidance, professional grade supplements, and when necessary prescription therapies. You receive a thoughtful approach that respects your personal health goals.
6. How long are appointments?
